Directions for Use: Pour half the bag of herbs into a boil-safe pot and cover with purified water. Let soak for 10 minutes, then bring to a soft boil. Lower to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and pour the herbal infusion into your yoni steam pot, seat, or steamer. Allow the mixture to cool for 7-10 minutes to ensure the steam is at a safe temperature for your delicate yoni.
