Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Orders may not be cancelled once they have been fulfilled.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at kyaapothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, please note the following:
Exemption from the right of withdrawal: Our products are sealed hygiene and personal care goods. In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the protective hygiene seal has been removed or broken after delivery, as the products are unsuitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Order cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at kyaapothecary@gmail.com
Refunds for cancellations: If your order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
