CO-FOUNDER, CEO

Daniella Lavian

Daniella has a Master’s of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine specialization (MAcCHM) from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Newbury College in Brookline, MA.

Daniella has been practicing and studying a variety of healing modalities for over 6 years. She is a Master in Usui Ryoho Reiki, Neuro-linguistics programming (NLP) Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT), and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). She also practices Seven Sacred Flames healing and teaches the hidden wisdom of the inner child through Inner Child Alchemy.

Daniella is a co-founder of Kuan Yin Apothecary and is the Chief Executive Officer. Her role within KYA is herbal education and product development.

Daniella is a member of American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM), Young Acupuncturists Association of America (YAAA), and a founding member of AcuJusticeWatch.

Michael Lavian

Michael has a Master’s of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine specialization (MAcCHM) from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine.

Michael has been practicing and studying healing modalities for over 12 years now holding certifications in Qigong, Kung-Fu, and traditional Thai massage. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in political science & philosophy from the University of Toronto (St. George campus).

Michael is one of the co-founders of Kuan Yin Apothecary and is the chief lead in herbal batching, and production.

Michael is a member of American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM), Young Acupuncturists Association of America (YAAA), and a founding member of AcuJusticeWatch.

HERBAL ADVISOR

Dr. Zhenni Jin LA.c; DAOM

Zhenni Jin is an articulate and determined person. After earning her medical degree at the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Jin pursued postgraduate clinical study at Hong Kong Baptist University and a Doctoral degree in AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, Austin, TX. Now, Jin is an instructor in the AOMA Herbal Department and a clinical practitioner. After twelve years of practice and study in integrative medicine, Jin started to focus on holistic mind-body management with Chinese medicine philosophy, especially combined with the herbal application. She joins us with a vast range of clinical experience in herbal application and a solid background in Chinese medicine from mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States.

Zhenni acts as an herbal and formulation advisor for Kuan Yin Apothecary.
