Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Ku Shen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis), Tu Fu Ling (Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae), Jin Yin Hua (Flos Lonicerae), Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae), Di Fu Zi (Fructus Kochiae), Bai Hua She She Cao (Herba Hedyotis Diffusae), Cang Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis), Pu Gong Ying (Herba Taraxaci), Zi Hua Di Ding (Herba Violae), Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Fang Feng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Bai Xian Pi (Cortex Dictamni), Lactobacillus Ferment, Lactobacillus, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Proprietary Blend of Chinese Herbal Essential Oils.

As someone who practices a lot of martial arts, my skin tends to get hot, dry, and itchy on my feet and groin area. I have alternated between the Clarify and the Nourish wash by Kuan Yin Apothecary. The Clarify helps relieve the hot and itching feelings, and the Nourish Wash has really helped relieve itching but it also has helped keep these areas moisturized. I found that soaking those areas or rubbing them in more than once in the area has really helped. The ingredients are very transparent, and although I may not understand how Chinese medicine works, I can say these products work and are helpful. I would highly recommend these products.
